MEET TOM

Tom Singhgolden

Performance Coach & Synergize Founder

MSc Kinesiology · BSc Psychology · NCAA Division I · CMPC Candidate

Tom Singhgolden is a former NCAA Division I soccer player, US Sports Scholarship Hall of Fame athlete, and mental performance coach with over a decade of experience in high-performance environments — as a player, researcher, and a mental performance coach in professional soccer.

He holds degrees in both Psychology and Kinesiology, and created Synergize Performance to bridge the gap between psychological preparation and physical performance. His approach develops the whole athlete: Mentally, Physically, and Tactically  - drawing from academic research, strength and conditioning expertise, and real competitive experience.

Having overcome significant injuries himself, Tom understands the challenges athletes face firsthand. His philosophy is built on daily habits, personal ownership, and holistic preparation,  helping athletes perform consistently when it matters most.
